Easter = chocolate. LOTS of chocolate.

That’s what most people think of when the shops are lined with hundreds of colourful eggs and chocolate bunnies. And it’s super easy for kids to get swept away in the hype.

I love chocolate as the next person (I have a long standing tradition of getting a Lindt bunny from my husband), and I love to buy some good quality, fairtrade chocolate and having some smaller amounts of that instead. You can even try and make your own (if you have allergies/intolerances/are a crafty mama) or use something like renowned nutritionist Cyndi O’Meara’s Organic Chocolate Making Kit or the 69 Shades of Chocolate ebook. Super Easy and looks delicious!

So whether your little one can’t actually eat chocolate or if you’re looking for some ideas for an alternative that is just that little bit healthier, we have put together a list of our top non-choc, natural + eco-friendly Easter gifts.
